By using MgHealthy, you represent and warrant that:
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to any photos, data, or content you upload to the App.
License to Us: By uploading content, you grant MgHealthy a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you (e.g., showing your progress history).
Plans: MgHealthy offers Monthly ($9.99) and Annual ($74.99) auto-renewing subscriptions.
Cancellation: Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel via your Apple ID or Google Play Settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and Google according to their respective store policies.
Not a Medical Device: MgHealthy is not a medical organization. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
Apple Health: MgHealthy does NOT currently read or write data to Apple Health (HealthKit).
Assumption of Risk: By using this app, you assume all risk of injury or harm.
Accuracy Warning: AI-generated workout plans may occasionally contain inaccuracies. They should not be relied upon as professional advice.
User Judgment: You are responsible for using your own judgment regarding the safety of any suggested exercise.
You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app code.
The MgHealthy name, logo, design, and code are owned by Savvy Mich. You are granted a limited license to use the app for personal fitness tracking only.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Continued use of the Application implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
