4. DELETION: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the App Settings or by emailing us.

1. DATA COLLECTION & PURPOSE

We collect specific data types to provide app functionality. Here is exactly what we collect and why:

Email Address (Required)
Purpose: Account creation, authentication, and customer support.
Health & Fitness Metrics (Optional - Weight, Height, Activity Level)
Purpose: To calculate caloric needs and generate personalized AI workout plans.
Photos (Optional)
Purpose: Strictly for your personal progress tracking. Photos are encrypted and NOT analyzed by AI.
Device IDs (Required)
Purpose: App functionality, security, and fraud prevention.

2. AI USAGE & LIMITATIONS

MgHealthy uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to suggest workouts based on your text inputs.

No External Training: Your personal data and photos are NOT used to train external AI models.
No Medical Advice: AI is not a doctor. Suggestions are for informational purposes only.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the secure infrastructure providers required to run the app:

Google Firebase (USA): Hosting, Database, Authentication, and Storage.
Expo (USA): Framework modules for device functionality.
Google Analytics for Firebase: Anonymized usage data.

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Retention Policy: We retain user account data only as long as your account remains active. We do not keep data indefinitely.

Backups: Encrypted backup logs may retain deleted data for a short period (up to 90 days) for disaster recovery before being permanently overwritten.

How to Delete: You may request a copy of your data or immediate deletion at any time by:

Using the "Delete Account" button in App Settings.
Emailing us at privacy@mghealthy.com.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

MgHealthy is restricted to users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
